Programs for Participation
in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
by Underrepresented Populations

Early participation in creative activities in the STEM fields by underrepresented populations is promoted by TU-STEM-UP Programs.

The STEM-UP Program seeks to nurture a community of undergraduates that collectively grow as students, scholars, researchers, and individuals.

Joining the program is simple. Complete the TU-STEM-UP Scholars Program Application and Materials.

STEM-UP participants can be supported through the OK-LSAMP program to participate on research with a a TU faculty mentor in a STEM field in the academic year and/or the summer. The number of LSAMP awards is limited. Applications received by the deadline will be considered fully. Awards notifications will be made as soon as decisions are made.
